		<description>Yes. I am dead freaking serious. If someone has a problem, they are THERE. They may not be entirely helpful at first (read: the alarmingly frequent dustups over gay/lesbian/etc self-identification on Live) but they do not let ANYTHING slide. I really respect that. Also, when Live breaks, nobody sleeps &#039;till its fixed.</description>
